GIS Skills
o Proficient in ESRI ArcGIS 10 (ArcMap, View, &
Catalog) and ArcPad.
o Design and create geo-databases in ArcMap with
emphasis on meeting the projects requirements,
ease of use, and data entry error minimization
o Conduct spatial analysis and acquired GIS data
via World Wide Web
o Perform heads-up digitizing creating line,
polygon, and landmark features
o Provide ad hoc permit, topographical, and
